These Terms and Conditions describe the conditions for use of the Featherstone Motifs website, a GK Ventures LLC entity. 

Products for sale

Featherstone Motifs offers a variety of products for sale on our website, primarily broken into two categories: Digital Downloads and Physical Items

Digital Downloads

Digital products are not to be resold as any type of digital download. Commercial use only to create physical items. Do not share, redistribute, or resell the digital files.  

••• PLEASE NOTE•••  Featherstone Motifs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital files.  All sales on digital items are final.  

Featherstone Motifs assumes no liability for how these images are used or displayed.

Physical Items

These are items that are physically shipped to a customer. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Items lost or damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge. If this occurs, it is the consumer's responsibility to notify Featherstone Motifs immediately, not to exceed 30 days.

Items returned must be in re-salable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds, less the restocking fee,  will be made once the product is received by Featherstone Motifs.

Featherstone Motifs assumes no liability in the event of injury due to improper use of any item purchased from Featherstone Motifs.

Instructional Videos, Blogs, and Newsletters

All information provided by Featherstone Motifs in Videos, Blogs, Newsletters, or other forms are informational only. Featherstone Motifs assumes no liability in the event of injury or property damage when following any of the techniques described. 

There is an inherent risk when using tools or chemicals, and proper safety equipment should be worn at all times. This includes but is not limited to Safety Glasses, Gloves, Facemasks, and all tool guards should be in place before performing any technique presented here.
