So what are digital downloads anyway? This is a question we hear quite often.
Digital downloads can be any digital item - music, video, image, or any other file. At Featherstone Motifs we offer digital images and svg/png files you can use for crafting. In the future we'll also offer bundles that include images, svg files, games, recipes, organizational items and other useful tips for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and other events. The party bundles are coming soon so check back often!
Digital images can be printed on your home printer or uploaded to a company that does printing (like Walmart, Vista Print, or Shutterfly - please note that we are not affiliated with any of these companies!). Once printed you can frame and display them like any picture.
Digital paper is also popular for crafting and scrapbooking. These make great backgrounds either as a digital image or printed and used in a scrapbook.
Svg/png files are images, but they're formatted to be used with a computer controlled cutting machine like a Cricut or Silhouette. With these files, Featherstone Motifs makes the backgrounds transparent and the layers are separated so you can cut multi-layers on different color/image/pattern papers or vinyl's.
At Featherstone Motifs we offer images and files for unlimited personal use. You can also print these images for business use, but please contact us if you'd like to sell digital images as part of your portfolio. How you use these are up to you and Featherstone Motifs cannot be held responsible for the manner they're displayed.
